Over the holidays, I’ve been invited over to my Dad’s place for the first BBQ Party of the year. A nice little Get-together of all family members, celebrating Easter and just catch up as we haven’t see each other since Christmas. I love those kind of parties but I had no clue what party food to bring. Something easy and fast but healthy, too becaaause I’m actually doing some exercising right now. Meaning that I worked out twice this week, each time about 20 min, in my living room btw. Still though, you don’t want to ruin what you’e achieved already, right :D. So basically healthy but still tasty.
This delicious and super light Thai Salad is perfect for that! It has all these flavors and is way too easy to prepare, even the night before if you like to plan ahead. Hope you enjoy and to make it a bit easier for you, I wrote down all the ingredients down below in English and German!

1 tbs. Coconut Oil/ EL Kokosöl, 250g Ground Beef/ Hackfleisch, Broth/ Brühe, 5 – 6 tbs. Lime Juice/ EL Limettensaft, 4 tbs. Asian Fish Sauce/ EL Asiatische Fisch Sauce, 3 tbs.Ketjap Manis Sauce/ EL Ketjap Manis Sauce, 1 tbs.
